Open House is a free, fortnightly one-hour Zoom session where leaders and small business owners can bring the people challenges they're navigating every day. Whether it's conflict, difficult conversations, team dynamics or leadership dilemmas, this is a space to explore real situations with curiosity, practical insight and zero corporate jargon.

Facilitated by Kate Russell, each session is interactive rather than a webinar. You can ask questions, listen in, or remain completely anonymous if that's how you feel most comfortable. The focus isn't on having all the answers. It's on learning together and discovering what good looks like. We will be focussing on the Conversation Compass Cards as a tool for this work, so have your set handy, if you don't already own one, you can buy one here before the session.
