Me to We is a self-paced online program for leaders who want to communicate with more care, lead more consciously and build teams where people want to show up.
Across two practical modules, you'll learn to catch judgement before it closes a conversation, respond to the person beneath the behaviour, and make the shift from Me conversations to We conversations.
Me to We is a new program, and before it opens more widely, we are offering the first intake to our close community. In return for a heavily reduced price, we're asking for your honest feedback on your experience, so that what you share helps shape the program for the leaders who follow. The first intake opens on 1 October.
